3. tasting, end of October 2016:
what a development!
Finally the sweetness is opened up in a wonderfully kind:
red berries, honey, pralines (…) bring all flavours to a great mix -
much better than the first two tastings - just overwhelming!
And the cocoa notes give a constantly cover in the background.
Also coffe ground appears now!
Completely round, full bodied, aromatic - HP at it's best!
Now (… for the moment … :-) 94/100.
