a little medicinal, salty, finesse of wood and spray
mouth:
creamy, spicy, malty, on white and yellow fruits, candied pear, sweet mirabelle plum, bitterness of almond all at once, then it settles down on a little dirty barn hay, pepper again, dust, mold, bread crumbs, a little glue, sprouted malt, sap-filled herbs
the peat is fine, behind, present but not imposing.
final:
medium on the same scents with farm peat there, malt, citrus fruits and sugar and bitterness.
