    Notes from a blind tasting.

    After resolution: It seems to be a good batch with no missing notes. A little water is good.
    • Nose

      Thick sherry, cherry, herbs (lovage), well integrated alcohol after standing time, nothing seems spicy.
    • Taste

      Intense, tart and spicy, with the sweetness of red fruits, the herbal note from the nose is also present. With the addition of water: significantly tamer, sweeter and darker fruity, less woody.
    • Finish

      Tart, very dark chocolate, roasted almonds, goes into the bitter.

    Not bad enough.
    Sherry molt, perfectly drinkable, delicious.

      Sweet sugar, possibly dates and leather and a lot of sherry.

      Nice and creamy sweet, alcohol well integrated, spice and of course sherry.
    • Finish
      Medium to long in the mouth.

    Not as "great" as pure sherry whiskys that have spent all their time in sherry barrels when compared to sherry whiskys. Instead, he has his own identity that sets him apart from others who only go in one direction. Legs type "Jack of many trades".
