a little on malt and almond, back on caramelized oak and lime
bitterness, peppery spices, then cooked fruit, the peat which then returns, but dry, not maritime
a little on the fruit brandy, it stings, the peat is woody and spicy
spicy, heat that remains at the back of the throat, smoke more than peat that swirls and passes with the wind.
