N- Bright, wisp of peat smoke with ginger and pine heats, plenty of sweet distillates revealed on the upfront, malted oat milk sit in the middle with underlaying coconut oil. Lingering savoury pepper and ashes. (86/20)
P- Loaded with fishy, smoky and dry orange bitter, citrus oil, blistering coastal smokes fills up the palate with finely weighted textures. (87/21)
F- Medium long, already good length for a 5YO with even thicker smokes arriving now. This beast may not nosed as smoky but it grows on palate and finishing, likely due to differing percentages of Syringol and Guaiacol on the peat. (Forget it, start to sounds overly geeky) (87/21)
B/B- 87/21 Not as agile nor with desirable depth, but is a young vat as it intended with bright spots and hardly any unpleasantness in it, and it is well priced.
