    Adding my tasting review below.
    • Nose
On the nose, brown sugar, corn, vanilla and some ethanol.
    • Taste
Some brown sugar, vanilla, oak, stone fruits, cinnamon and baking spices. Not very complex, but the higher ABV really helps to bring out these flavors.
    • Finish
Although the mouthfeel is thinner than I would expect for a nonfiltered bourbon, the finish is medium with the baking spices trailing off and oak finishing things up. Somewhat dry but not bad. An average bourbon overall.

It seems like this bourbon comes out every fall and then I don't see it the rest of the year. If you are new to getting into bourbon then this is worth a try because it has a lot of the typical flavors you find in a bourbon. For a bourbon that is unfiltered with an ABV of 50% and selling for around $20, its good value for the money.

Aroma is lively and full of interesting darkly sweet and spicy notes that transcend the regular white in leaps and bounds; Palate strolls the same path but picks up some extra oakiness and a pronounced oily peanut brittle note that fits perfectly amongst the spice and baked sweets; Finish is as pleasant as can be and ends with this warm apple pie note that feels homey and inviting.

This is a cinnamon forward bourbon. This can hit the cinnamon notes drawn from Ferara Red hots, yet maintains the classic Beam profile within it that let Old Tub lead to some incredible innovations in the bourbon industry. Old Tub was limited to the distillery store until 2020 when it did a limited release of this 750 ml. An extremely reasonable understated bourbon that may have been the inspiration for Woodinville Bourbon in Washington State. For the cinnamon candy reference, https://www.ferrarausa.com/brands.html
