Smell: With a sense of alcohol in your arms, you can simply put your nose into a cup and take a deep breath. What enters the nasal cavity is the clean, fresh and pure wind of Sydney, preserved fruit, nectar, cloves, almond chocolate, antique wood, but it will soon be a pity Entering the end, the fragrance seems to weaken feebly, ah~ desperate!

Drink: The taste is light and finely divided. Like its family members, it is rich in chewiness. Berry chocolate and bitter spices occupy the main theme, but other finely divided flavors can still be found besides this. The end rhyme is very, very long.

Feeling: I often talk about the balance between alcohol and flavor. If the flavor is too little, even 40% alcohol will be strong and difficult to eat. However, Grangoni Age21 is just the opposite. It lacks the support of alcohol and smells. The fragrance process is much faster, and the tasting lacks three-dimensionality. Although this sounds a bit disappointing, this is its only shortcoming.

    Sample testing.

On the nose : spices, tangerin and a french toast undertone. Nothing surprising but really appealing.

Dry in mouth, on the same notes. A bit more tannic, less round notes. Because of this I could believe it's a higher abv. At the same time it feels a bit thin.

Short to medium, spicy finish. A tannic note lingers on.

Dry all along, not my favourite profile and even if there's no mistake, there's no real plus. I feel there are a lot of bottles more interesting than this for way less money. 5/10
