  1. KB201 scored this whisky 84 points Connoisseur

The Game of Thrones Single Malt Collection was bottled in honor of the eighth and final season of the Game of Thrones (GoT) series. As at Winterfell Fortress, in Dalwhinnie, known to be one of the highest distilleries in Scotland, temperatures are sometimes frosty. The extreme conditions are responsible for the characteristic honey sweetness and flavorful warmth of Dalwhinnie Winter's Frost.
    • Nose
Lots of honey, vanilla and a fruit pot pourri.
    • Taste
Malty with luscious notes of fruit cake.
    • Finish
Medium-long finish, sweet, pears and apples again, the tip is pleasantly warming with a hint of sweet bitterness.

  2. VanOpek scored this whisky 81 points Expert Senior

A very sweet and pleasant nose with quite good but simple palate and a dry finish.
    • Nose
      82 82
sweet, honey, fruity notes, caramel, vanilla, oak and herbs in background, volatile, simple but pleasant
    • Taste
      81 81
sweet, spicy, ginger, chilli, a lot of oak, fruity hints, herbs, a little bit empty, after a while floral, oily but light
    • Finish
      81 81
oaky bitterness, fresh bitter herbs, dry, simple, mid-long

  3. MaroFF scored this whisky 87 points Expert Senior

It is really worth trying. Strongly fruity, very delicate and pleasant to the taste. Like US, and the lack of that typical spiciness for young whisky. It can easily be offered to women.
    • Nose
very delicate, honey, sweet, apples, ripe pear, pineapple
    • Taste
sweet, very fruity, apricots, raisins, pears, black currants
    • Finish
medium long, sweet, again pears, apples, the tip is pleasantly warming with a hint of sweet bitterness.

  4. Matt80 scored this whisky 78 points Expert Senior

    • Nose
From a small sample. Some heather honey, herbal, fresh but a little bland.
    • Taste
Weak mouthfeel, vague honey sweetness with a little fruitcake. Digestive biscuits.
    • Finish
Medium, a little dark fruitiness that fades fairly quickly.
