  1. LordBellamy scored this whisky 83 points Expert Senior

with water: yes, goes well with water, floral and malty notes emerge, toasted bread

Conclusion: the finish was good, but unfortunately the bourbon cask must have been quite weak beforehand, I would never have guessed the blind at such a young age, it lacks viscosity, complexity and character. But the finish is well done, as a Redwinecask lover you will like this one
    • Nose
red currant, sweet mirabelle plum, Italian herbs such as marjoram and oregano, butter, vanilla, cloves, cinnamon
    • Taste
quite thin mouthfeel, velvety, clear influence of red wine with red fruits, strong tannins, subtle sweetness of grapes
    • Finish
medium length, red fruit, wood, somewhat bitter
