Description: For our "Thousand Mountains Mc Raven Single Malt Whiskey", it takes much more than just good barrel management. If you want to get the best out of a wooden barrel, it requires, among other things, the finest raw brandy made from pure barley malt, which already contains many parts of the aromas, and a sophisticated firing process.
The result is the "New Make" and we call this fresh and still clear distillate White Raven. We invite you to get to know whiskey where it becomes whiskey. Because only the, by law, at least three years and one day wooden barrel storage, distinguishes this chick from its amber-colored brother.
Smell: Unexpectedly fruity and with a strong brew of malt, the first breath gives an idea of what will become of this raw distillate ...
Taste: The sense of smell is not deceptive. What the nose suggests is confirmed by the taste. Immediately after distilling, the brandy is extraordinarily mild and fruity. The malted barley is found without any false tones and completes the healthy chick.
Optics: crystal clear
