Marzipan with dark grapes, sweet butter cake. Despite the addition of a lot of water, sometimes still a blow to the nose, but again and again a peppery surge comes along. After a while, there is a somewhat bitter, not unpleasant note, could be fresh tobacco.
Much less sweet in the mouth, the bitter, minimally bitter nuance comes up, fat dry sherry, marzipan yes, but much weaker than the nose suggests, a nice woody note remains.
It remains strong but not too long with the sweet wood note. A great malt to experiment with, due to the alcohol content there should be a lot to discover
