The finish makes up ground again.
A very full, voluminous nose strikes you from the glass. Zero alcohol, zero stinging, or even a hint of menthol. Fairly clear and defined notes of a sherry aging. Plums and raisins strike through, but everything is also backed with fresh fruit. The raisins turn into grapes. Nice barrel notes come through but never tart or bitter. Wonderful nose
Zero alcohol again. The start is relatively weak. In contrast to this wonderful nose, it looks almost a bit thin on the palate. Fruits can only be seen. Most likely a red apple. The whole thing is really fresh. Over time, some sweetness comes through. Otherwise the barrel notes are a bit bitter. Unfortunately, a disappointment after the nose.
The finish is stronger again. Here, the bitter tones come into their own. Some pepper, wood and also chilli. A slight bitterness spreads while some cinnamon and cardamom emerge.
