    MACALLAN / CASK STRENGTH 57.4%

A cask of 1 or 2 generations ago. (For American market or ...)

The red label has a big impact. Home phone is red, my wife's hand cream is also red (haha)

Certain, antithesis against the current McCarran!

A firm oak, a somewhat discouraging Sherry incense, a bitter aroma like chocolate and orange peel.

The taste is just a cask, a plenty of flavor and a rubber smell felt slightly (although this is not the only preference).

Juicy and dry, acidity like crab and crispy.

The finish is spicy, dry, firm tannin.

Performance that makes me say "Oh, McCarran."

There is a satisfactory drinking response, and a good part that makes personality feel also stands out.

I have to make this taste insist on changing bottle shape and label ...

    I thought it was. http://blogs.yahoo.co.jp/distilled1973/27754907.html
