Fresh strawberries, lightly smoked. The almost 9 years of maturation have left their mark: the smoky note is only very discreet as a companion and does not push itself to the fore at all. Toffee, white coffee, Christmas chocolate. A hint of cinnamon, a little coriander - and a few juicy cherries on the back.

Starts with a bowl of strawberries in vanilla milk ... Lush peat smoke that is still well hidden in the nose. Nice, sweet fruity notes that come not only from the strawberries, but also from raspberries and cherries. Chocolate flakes, fresh cookie dough.

Medium to long, very tasty, sweet peat smoke - and yet still a good seasoning that provides a good counterbalance to the sweetness of the fruit.
