Nose: Light combination of malt, peat, sherry and light smoke. Dried fruits such as apricots and sultanas. Cookies. Hints of wood and spices. It reminds me of walking along a quay in a port.
Taste: Fairly sweet with honey, heather and a little peat smoke. The herbal tea comes to mind.
Finish: Medium. Sweet at first, then dry. A little honey, licorice, anise and earth.
I added a few drops of water which brought more peat and malt to the nose. You can smell it with and without water.
