The Panel noted cereal bars, toasted nuts, vanilla custard and lemon drizzle cake at first. Things like crepe suzette, peach stones, toffee laced with bergamot and banana were all noted. A bright, open and generously fruity nose. With water it becomes more herbal and mineral with hints of limestone gravel, botanical greenery, some well-chiselled Sauvignon Blanc and tart grapefruit juice. The palate has a pleasing sweetness and hints of peach juice, Martini Bianco, Turkish delight and toffee chews. Water brings out a big fistful of orange, biscuity richness, creme caramel and a warmth of ginger with a baseline muscle of malt beer.
