When pouring and from the sample itself, a little smoke came out.
In the glass itself, rather far back. The colleague smells of forest. Wood, leaves, bushes. An artificial aroma is added. Something like essential oils. There is also a mineral touch. Lime, gravel and rust. It doesn't really smell fruity.
With a little time in the glass, there is something brackish and slightly maritime. Fermented lemon, juniper and an ashy tinge.
Wood glue and freshly processed wood. Partly something of carpentry.
Strong, spicy start. The alcohol tinkles on the tongue. The cooling essential oils are also at the start. This fine smoky note is also added to the taste. Actually, the taste reflects the smell exactly. Plus tart herbs. And a bit sour citrus notes.
Medium to long. First spicy and ashy. Then again the oils and fermented, light-colored fruit. A sour nut taste comes at the end.
