Look forward to tasting some of their aged barrel stuff.
My first Bimber and the sample was courtesy of Holborndrinker.
New make is new make so you can't expect a complex nose.
This has something a little different, it has a sweetness about it and it's more like confectionery with a little floral.
Shit! This packs a punch but once you are over the initial shock and the palate gets used to it, the flavours come in.
Just like the nose it's sweet, this time marshmallow and those edible flying saucers with the sherbet in.
The finish is surprisingly short but that is ok, there is no off notes, just clean.
