- cherry fruits cocobutter
- Picked this up on an offer at the local supermarket. Didn’t disappoint! Nose: strong apricots & hints of caramel. Taste: sun ripened oranges linger on, struggled to get passed the strong orange!!
Finish: sweet candy sweets, quite short.
- The rum really sneaks in on the nose and snaps into the foreground in the taste. Orange, toffee and citrus finishing with a soft creamy mouthfeel. As to the price if purchased for under £30 absolutely worth the money.
Salt, Caramel, Citrus and Candied fruit.
The body is medium + full and oily. Fruity (citrus and stone) and sweet with that spiced rum end taste.
Sort but sweet.
- This is freshly opened.
N: fresh oak, light tropical fruits, grist. But there's this underlying note that is funky. It's like the leftover stuff from rum production. Also, noses hot.
P: way over-ripe oranges, clearly some rum influence but sort of like burnt sugar cane.
F: longer than you would expect with a warming carmelized sugar
