Palate: sesame, honey ham, apple, dried lemon, dried apricot, pine & walnut. some knippery, tobacco and Masala curry, I won't say this is particularly good. Besides the peat, it is really just an ordinary Glen Moray or Deanston some sort.
Body: Medium, viscous, round, oily. A typical 25 yo but nothing special.
Finish: Long, blueberry pie, ash, plcastic, roast sole and lemon candy.
Would not say this being too outstanding, I hav seen so much more than this in a 20-something, perhaps it is reasonable that the fame of Ardbeg remains pretty silent until late-1990s, speaking of 1990s, Airigh Nam Beist is still the best Ardbeg I've been through so far.
