Light amber

At first it starts a little artificially dry. Detergent with citrus notes. But disappears again pretty quickly. A musty, damp wood note then comes through. In addition something that reminds me of this decorative wax fruit. A little vinegar and pumpkin seed oil. The fruit is more in the fermented direction. More towards plum and black currants. Yeast and sauerkraut broth. Bay leaf and red, tart apple.
With a little time in the glass, a bit of sweetness develops subliminally. Has a little liquid sweetener in the salad stock.
It smells really different. I like it otherwise. -
Soft, sweet start. Then the wort pushes off the wood nicely. A sweet wood taste with a little wax opens up. Slightly chocolatey with bitter almonds. A little mocha and a very pleasant herbal note. There is still something charring, light-fruity running around with it. Something like charred, candied mango. More herbs in the second sip. Something like sweetened herbal tea. With a bit of sour plum.

Medium to long. First sour and woody. Then the colleague becomes sweet and waxy. A little liquorice is created at the end.
