TASTE: The arrival is bitter-sweet-fruity, on sea buckthorn and quince, with touches of mango. On the mid palate the wood spice shows up with white pepper and ginger, together with more sweet honey. (83-84p)
EXIT: The exit is a bit uneven and short; black pepper / wood tannins, some honey and it's all a bit disjointed. (81-83p)
OVERALL: A very nice debut from Aurora Distillery. Young but tasting and nosing older than its three years. TOTAL SCORE 84 points.
