This grain spirit has been created by the BOX-E team.
BOX-E is a restaurant in shipping container at the new "Wapping Wharf Cargo 1" development in Bristol, UK
It is made from wheat, rye and malted barley. It is aged on a combination of charred oak spindles, in ex-bourbon oak cask and 30L chestnut casks.
This spirit is young and vibrant. A complex blend. Smoke, vanilla, caramel and notes of bread on the finish.
