Whisky Reviews for Talisker 10-year-old

- Two years after my first bottle of this classic left a lasting impression, I wanted to pay another visit to the 10-year-old Talisker, now with more experience. It's like meeting an old friend.
I don't want to say whether my taste and feelings have changed over time or if the Talisker has not. Unfortunately, both probably apply. Because as great as I liked the 2018 malt, the more disappointed I am now.
While the nose still shows the typical aromas, I find little of the impression at the time on the palate. The impressive mouthfeel and the great development in the finish are missing today ... or seem to be missing? I plan to have another look in two years ...
- Perfect, bold and balanced basic whislky. excellent mix of malt sweetness and sea elements. Definitely one of the must-try whiskies for everybody who loves island whisky.
