An inviting waft of gentle buttery cereal notes, green melon, lime leaf, canvas, sorrel, mint tea and some floral aspect such as geraniums and carnations in vase water. A like of fresh ginger bring warmth. Water brings out powdered chalk, hessian, clover, mineral oil and soft notes of new leather and dunnage earthiness. In the mouth it's initially rather grassy with notes of rich olive oil and light camphor. Then soda bread, soft sooty aspects, bay leaf, dried chilli and cinnamon powder. Reduction evolves things towards tangerine peel, dried flowers, forest fruits, struck flints, butter mints and freshly chopped parsley. Takes water exceptionally well.
