Nice muffled smoke, extinguished open fire. Sherry of the nutty-spicy variety, tobacco. A slight saltiness and minerality (limestone). A few drops of water bring out the tobacco notes much more vigorously. Baked cocoa.
A little dark fruit comes through (dates and plums), but it is rather subtle. Milk chocolate brings a little sweetness.
And from time to time a slight diesel note peels off.
A very pleasant barrel strength, water is actually not necessary.
A nice combination of ash and spicy sherry notes, very cigar-like. Some lime comes through in the mouth, but very subtle. The first violin plays the barrel
The mouthfeel is very creamy and flatters the tongue.
Unfortunately, it tilts a bit here, at first a little dry fruit sweetness, it quickly becomes very astringent, pure cocoa and espresso notes. tobacco
The nose is very beautiful, the whisky is dangerously tasty in spite of the very spicy profile. The finish was rather weak and borderline bitter for my taste
