Nose: Varnish. Wine / raisin, some citrus, light malt sugar, corn sugar, touch of chocolate maybe. Not much happening. Some green apple.
Palate: Sweet corn sugar, wax, touch of malt, apple, lightly peppery. Tiny bit of pineapple.
Finish: Peppery hot waxy, bit of vanilla. Rubbing alcohol.
Overall: A very bland, rough, cheap whisky that is completely unimpressive. Reminds us that Suntory puts far more effort into these cheap blends than its revered malts.
