on the nose emphasized sweet / fruit salad - it looks downright soft and gentle. This also applies to the taste: soft and gentle, the (light) fruits come through well again. It's a shame about the short finish. But overall very good material at a fair price (approx. 35 euros). If you are looking for something soft with a lot of fruit and sweetness, this is the right place. Tip: give some time to breathe, the aroma only develops over time. Sweetness, caramel, honey, cotton candy, then fruit from ripe banana and orange as well as apple and apricot. Vanilla is gradually added. The typical sherry notes are very much in the background for me, maybe. here and there a red fruit - especially red (rather tart) berries from the port, but that's about it. I don't really find a seasoning, but the sweet and fruity aromas are dominant.
unbelievably soft and gentle, the seasoning is added slightly. He pans briefly in something flowery, but then goes straight back to the fruit. The whole fruit potpourri from the nose is basically back in the taste. A bit of oak out the back.
the finish is relatively short to about medium-long. Some oak tannins remain on the tongue, but noticeably fade.
