    It is fully ripened

    • Nose
      88 88
      Very pleasant, full sherry board.
      Dry fruitiness, hardly any sweetness.
Some leather. Alcohol cools the nose slightly, but is very well integrated.
    • Taste
      92 92
      Dried fruits, nuts, some wood
Creamy, silky soft. Then comes the seasoning
      tingles on the tongue.
    • Finish
      90 90
Dry in the finish. Medium to long.
Dark chocolate remains on the tongue.

Full sherry monster! But when it stands a bit, it shows not only the usual dried fruit and cherry but also very nice notes of cocoa powder and milk chocolate!

  4. LeChiffre scored this whisky 85 points Connoisseur

A very drinkable malt with a clear sherry influence. It joins the many young, modern sherry whiskys, making it a little random and interchangeable. In the finish it falls off a little. Delicious but also exciting. But for the price a decent bottling.

  5. 11insomnium scored this whisky 87 points Expert Senior

A little water lets the fruitiness get through better. Good value for money. Charged barrel, however, the depth of the older age is missing. Most volume compared to barrels 6 and 62 (2019).
    • Nose
Brown sugar and dark dried fruit, full of sherry, malty, floral and fruity, a hint of coconut
    • Taste
Sweet and spicy, fruity, full and dark dried fruit, malty and aromatic, sherry, oak
    • Finish
Tart and dry oak with fruitiness

probably 2 1/2 years finish in sherry cask 387
