    Wow, I'm thrilled. I just went to the fair and had to write notes spontaneously. Is my second dram, so judgment still works ;-)
    For me even better at first than the great Dramfool PC from 2019
    • Nose
      Wonderfully intense sherry, very chocolatey, but also the slightly cheesy caramel Laddie character shines through, the smoke nestles nicely on the sherry, greasy, roasted aromas, raisins, totally creamy, great nose, which stimulates the salivation
    • Taste
      Oily, viscous, full-bodied, strong onset, raisins, roasted nuts, a hint of sulfur as I like it, milk chocolate, ashy smoke, great mouthfeel, just super harmonious and delicious, after the first sip, a little spice with pepper on the nose, smoked bacon
    • Finish
      The back gets drier, the chocolate becomes bittersweet, the smoke becomes clearer, ashy it contributes to the dry mouthfeel, a breeze of pepper

      Fruity notes are paired with a meaty note. Red fruits and tea sausage. There is a hint of gunpowder in the air. Rose hip tea also comes to mind.
    • Taste

      Well integrated sulfur notes combined with an extreme sweetness. Peat, smoke and sherry play second fiddle here. A few metallic notes and again something meaty.
    • Finish
      83 83
      Similar to the taste, it continues. In addition, a light note of rancid butter. Bitter substances are added, but remain in balance with the sweetness. Raddicchio in butter with sulphurized salt and diced bacon. Relatively dry in length.

    Nice PC with a really nice nose and it hits you when you sip it. Dried Fruits, nuts, spice quite a firework at the beginning but hen also quite a sulphuric note. Not to bad and not dominating but definitely there and it leads to a leathery finish.
