- I am waiting an avalanche of 92s from the lambs of God Serge since his today's review...
- A nice Campbeltown Malt. Salted oranges, mineralic, spicy and some kind of smokeiness. Not extremely complex but quite nice.
- The best feature of this dram to me is its nose. Refill sherry... no more needs to be said. Then it seems to fade. The taste and complexity is just not there and the secondary offerings on this site are interstingly priced - I'd take the offer @ 170 Eu, if the price is for two bottles.
Thank you for the 2cl sample!!

- Joo delicious part. I liked it well. As a secret Kilkerran fan, I'm happy about this dirty and salty balm, but it will be too bitter for some people. Closest to the 12yo OA.
Color is a light gold tone.
Several thin legs form and tear down the glass wall.
On the nose, the whisky is fruity with currants and raisins in a chocolate coat, but there is also a dirty note of ham, wet wood. A fine smoke note paired with the easily perceptible alcohol make the whole thing very exciting.
The whisky arrives sweet and subtly fruity, only to build up a salty and strong build-up. Almost fooled, because the start is really huge.
The aromas from the smell can also be found in the taste, where the slight smoky note is more present towards the end. Really delicious, but also very powerful.
I would describe the finish as medium-long, with the salty, fruity taste remaining quite long.
- Smoky and spicy.
From the bottle: Toasted marshmallows, cloves.
Billowing smoke, fruit crumble, nutmeg.
Full bodied. Rock salt, applewood smoke.
