    Really good. A delicate nose and a frank mouth. Interested to know what it will give with a long bottle
    • Nose
      First glue and varnish. Leave him a little time. It evolves on very precise rancio notes but it is relatively light. We have a lot of nuts: nuts, nuts. Reduces, but alcohol a hair present.
    • Taste
      Much more powerful than the nose suggests. We are in continuity with always the rancio well marked, hazelnut and more sweet and sweet notes: brown sugar, honey. The oily texture is also interesting. Little by little, spices and wood are gaining momentum, as well as some light animal notes. Really good
    • Finish
      Long with a lot of peps in fact. The wood is present and is manifested by delicate but well marked spices.

    A nice profile that unfolds gradually. Do not be afraid to be "shaken" a little. For a sherry that must be about fifteen years is rather interesting. Tasted blind.
    Very surprised to see that it is only 46%, the behavior in the mouth is exemplary for a low degree.
    • Nose
      At first, classic notes of not too old sherry, pastry (almond paste, croissant paste), red berries. A little wood, smoke too. Some discreet meaty notes, like gravy or Maggi. In the end it's not that classic. Beautiful spices, cumin or anise, candy sugar. Some would probably find sulfur, it tickles me a little nostrils without disturbing me.
    • Taste
      Delicate attack on red and dry fruits. Then we go to meaty notes, salty, spicy and a little smoked. It is not very easy but rather pretty. This is reminiscent of some quality raw hams. A rather classy palace, with a beautiful evolution and controlled power.
    • Finish
      Always on these salty, smoked notes, old ham.
