Whisky Reviews for Port Charlotte 2002 PST

1 users have left a review for this whisky and scored it an average of 90.00 points

  1. Jnpons scored this whisky 90 points Expert Senior

    Color: deep gold, golden reflections.

Nose: a magnificent smoky, fine and refined peat, a greedy, lemony, spicy nose, there are notes of almond, "amandine pear", light savory touches, Breton palet, honey, a little peanuts pralines, from the fairground of yesteryear.

Palate: It's sweet, captivating, a little thick, sweet, Citrus, pepper, Charcoal, smoke but fine, not really everything is mastered here, we find almond, honey.

Final: on smoke, fresh grass, medium.

Comments: a perfectly integrated alcohol. All the flavors are very well controlled. If you can make a negative comment, maybe lacking a little punch, but it's excessively good.
