strong peppery spices, then some almonds and its core, bitterness, tonic herbs, fruit on apple and green pear
a slightly chocolatey return, a little gentian, the salty side stands out strongly on the herbs and the wood, soot with a bit of tar and return of the bitterness, freshly ground white pepper and a little vanilla!
