NOSE: Initially a bit restrained, takes time to open up. Rounded, green fruits, greengage, some herbs. Discreet old wood, old leather, a hint of smoke. (90-91p)
TASTE: Sweet, rather concentrated arrival. On the mid palate sweet, herbal, quite elegant. (88p)
FINISH: Green fruits, a little dried ginger. Medium long to long. (87p)
OVERALL: A bourbon with some real restraint and complexity. TOTAL SCORE 89 (88) points.
