Whisky Reviews for Laphroaig Quarter Cask

- very tasty and tasty, the 48% alcohol is perfectly integrated and barely noticeable. Very complex. Empty glass smells of smoked ham, very pleasant. Smoke is well integrated and not intrusive. Better than the 10 year old Laphroaig.
Smoke, sweet and maritime notes, slightly fruity, spicy and a little liquorice, slight medicinal notes
Smoke, very spicy with oak and still sweet, pepper and maritime notes, here too some medical notes like cough syrup
Long with smoke, spicy oak still sweet, a little pepper and still nutty, here too slightly maritime notes
- Room temperature when drinking: 18 ℃
Viewing Eyes: golden yellow
Smell Nose: sulfur, saltpeter, matches, waves, fish, seaweed, moss, lemon curd, lemongrass, vanilla, raisin toast, honey, smell a little astringent, a little candied preserved fruit, chemical potions, There is a faint smell of animals
Taste Palate: the sweet and sour lemonade, strong disinfection water, sea fish, burnt charcoal, very salty seawater, ash and black smoke, slowly transformed into dog hair in my mouth.
Finish: Finish, long, sterilized water, lemon peel, ashes, bitterness of burnt food, spicy spices
Body: Medium, smooth, bitter bottom, a little astringent at the end
Overall: 85.5 / 100
Overall: The overall style is sea salt + lemon + disinfectant. It is soft when swallowing, but it is a bit heavy for me.
La Forge's smoky flavor is really long waiting, even after drinking water.
- Mega whisky especially for the price!
Peat and phenols ... lots of smoke
Insanely intense! A lot of smoke and almost medical.
Could be a little longer, but this is complaining at a high level
