Pure: after pouring: liquid marzipan. Then: Christmas spices, vanilla, sweetness, Mon-Cherie cherry, dried fruit, gingerbread, some glue.
With water: dried fruits and spices more in the foreground.
Pure: the alcohol provides a certain sharpness, but would not reach 60.5%. Creamy, walnut, sweetness, gingerbread dates and figs.
With water: the sharpness is gone, fruits go forward more. I like it better with water.
Pure: sticky sweetness next to the dried fruit, medium length.
With water: Significantly longer finish, the fruits stay much longer, sweetness recedes.
