Aroma: Deep and dark. Extinguished coal fire. Umami (game meat). In the background there is a citrusfruit freshness paired with pickled plums.
Taste: Full flavered. Wilde honey (not that sweet), dark fruits like in the aroma, coal fire, tender meat with caramelized marinade on the charcoal grill. A realy dirty whisky full of character. Great form.
Finish: Long, with coal fire
It is realy somthing else. And quite complex if you give it time. The own character and the tension curve of the malt is the reason for the high rating.
