Butter biscuit, perhaps also dough, is nice to recognize, sweetness and a little citrus flavor. In the nose, it becomes increasingly fruity and gradually releases some floral-kräutriges. A touch of vanilla here and there. The Ben Nevis is incredibly beautiful, but I recommend a rest in the glass of min. 10-15 minutes for the initial alcohol to soften. Hand warmth gives it more volume.
Contrary to suspicion, on the palate in the beginning an intense spiciness paired with a fine sweetness and then a dry palate. He is very aromatic overall, honey, meadow, slight menthol and fine wood. A slight bitterness is palpable on the palate, but gives the whole an interesting touch. The taste is more and more citrus and malt.
The finish is medium long, malty with a little alcohol.
