The production in the manufactory in Ediger
Our whisky is made from barley malt. Traditionally, barley is malted to convert starch into sugar. Subsequent fermentation for distilling mash.
The alcohol is converted into a gaseous state in the distillery. The resulting vapor is liquefied and captured in the cooler. After a second distillation (fine brandy) the whisky is crystal clear.
