Above all, the material that is only available on site in the shop is just worth every trip (good that it is not too far for me from Braunschweig, you can drive past there more often).
I've always had problems with Sauternes Bottlings in the past, but this one is the big exception alongside Alrik Midwinter.
Great subtle orange notes, mango, papaya, pineapple, oak, grape, fine coffee, vanilla.
Very good combination and the highlight is that you can fill the bottle yourself in the shop.
For 99 euros for me a no-brainer, if I consider that the "bottle your own" in the distilleries in SCO tend to cost more but not better (apart from Glendronach, they are undoubtedly better, but they have to be at 3 times the cost = you get what you pay for).
