- Dark amber in colour. Italian version with 43%.
- Obviously it has an elevated complexity and with a good patience it can brings to great sadisfactions.
Embracing smells affects the imaginary, flour, cereals, malt and cut hay, almost defined farmy; the evolution begins, the fruity notes becomes bully (cooked pear, yellow mellow apple), and then another feed time begis with smells like sponge cake, custard and meringue; at last the gentle garnishing of cloves and cinnamon.
Salty elements, sea breeze, spicy and ferrous tastes. There again fruity notes (still cooked pear and yellow mellow apple), soft egg pastry, hazelnut cream, chestnut honey, and finally cocoa.
Persistent, leather, iron and dried fruits, liquorice sticks, chocolate and soft egg pastry.
