The nosing, It reminds me a lot of Benromach 10yo, but this one's got heavier dark chocolate flavor. The color looks pretty dark-which means it's heavy sherry cask influenced. Even more smoked dark chocolate flavor comes out on the palate, with a little sandalwood and charcoal like flavor. The mouthfeel is actually quite mellow, wasn't even realizing that this is actually a cask strength. Very long finish, and here we go, the peaty flavor finally comes out.
I'm pretty impressed by this one actually, a distillery with high potential, looking forward for more nice dram.
