The Temple Bar 14 years is a special bottling, which has received a year in a Malbecfass a finish. First, the whisky matured for 13 years in a Bourboncask, then again for more than 12 months to get a finish in an Argentine Malbecfass. Roberto Appendino, a member of the Temple Bar, is from Argentina. He combines his passion for Irish whisky and Argentine wine in this bottling. The wine barrels come from the Bodega Bianchi, where the Malbectraube grows in the perfect climate.
The whisky is not colored and not cool filtered. The bottling is limited to 1000 bottles.
