Primarily cherry, toffee, caramel. I.e. sherry influenced but strong.
When nose got used to the top layer, it smells more like pear. Some hay.
dried fig from bottom.
Pineapple and banana from the side.
I caught Mandarin orange from further away
And some hazelnut.
More fruity than sherry after breathing
Earthy from bottom after a sip.
Started with Toffee and got sweeter and Richer
med-to-strong Spiciness then kicked in.
Then turned thicker and bitter like chocolate
Still can taste some fruity toffee
Pepper in mouth then throat
Then black tea at the end of the my tongue
