Fried chicken and freshly toasted bread, crusty brioche. Lemon zest, new oak, hay, butter, oil, yeast.
The fried scent comes from the oil whereas the toasted bread and butter has an uncanny resemblance to the chicken.
Medium. Grassy, herbal, light and warm.
Leafy herbal feel, mint and camphor. Aged oolong tea, unsure of which variant but definitely of at least 25 years.
Fragrant and freshly cut apples, red apples.
Tomato, basil, oregano and thyme. A well structured formula for a pasta, except slap all that into a toasted baguette.
Medium in length, initially short hence requires air.
Herbal and green, must be from those herbs. Nutty too, like steamed chestnuts in winter, perfect for the climate.
Warm and lengthy, continues to flow throughout the body like a bellowing wind.
