Room temperature when drinking: 25 ℃

Viewing Eyes: golden smell Nose: refreshing first encounter, a little cucumber + floral essential oil spray, smoke, sea water, black pepper is not surprising, but there is more green mouth, salt and pepper, a little fishy smell. Then give it to fresh cream, honeydew melon, Iberian ham thin slices, the middle part is especially dense. The emerged dust marks the final chapter, smelling and refreshing, with cold chayote, mint, lifelike lime, and cucumber and potato chips. It doesn't seem to stop there, aquatic perfumes and springs are surprising and surprising.
Taste Palate: Banana cake, lime tartness, soda, ginger sugar, cream pepper filling, black charcoal, watermelon ketone, sea fish, cold jellyfish, seaweed, loofah soup, tannin is more obvious.
Two problems: one is that the bitterness is prominent throughout, and the other flavors are not suppressed. In addition, the layers are unclear, more mushy, and more chaotic. Finish: Long, sweet, ham, creamy bud, dust, pepper, smoked fish, cucumber body: medium, oily max, similar to empty grip Fish, with some tannins at the end,

    Palate: 87/100
    Finish: 90/100
    Body: 91/100
    Overall: 90/100

    Nose:
Fine smoke at the beginning paired with a pleasant sweetness. Some green pepper and more spices follow. The orange can be heard most clearly from the fruit note. The Talisker is somewhat mineral. At the back there is a hint of vanilla.

    Taste:
Sweet with orange and peach. The oak flavor makes the malt a little dry on the palate. I feel a fine hint of chili on the tongue. Finally, I still taste coconut.

    Outlet:
Short to medium finish with some smoke and drying oak.

Classic Talisker character with a sherry influence. One of my favorites.

A full-body drink with a good balance between pepper, smoke and red wine. Really interesting.
    • Nose
      83 83
Something fish-like in the nose in combination with wet wood and a burning campfire (not just smoke, but really the sensation of burning wood).
    • Taste
      87 87
Great accumulation of an old red wine with charcoal and brown sugar. There is something peppery too, especially in the second sip. The drink is great. Almost like a small forest stream or a creek with pebblestones and wet leaves…
    • Finish
      86 86
Woody aftertaste, oak, maybe even a hint of copper in the finish. There is a hint of peat and a feint paint-like touch too.
