Very dark, a bit closed at the beginning. Very dry and almost acid free. Only burnt caramel on the sweet side.

In the start surprisingly sweet for Oloroso, too sweet for my taste, but still consistent in itself. He does not look like churning dessert wine. The alcohol is very soft, the mouthfeel very oily, almost firm. Hardly make out oak under the sweetness.

The finish is rather short and not very meaningful. Simple fading.
