Notes from a blind tasting.
In contrast to some of the others, I couldn't even perceive a hint of sulfur, the barrel was rather clean.

Sherry-fruity immediately after pouring, followed by mint, very ripe yellow fruits. After standing for a while, the acid content increases significantly, slight fermentation notes, and with a little movement sweet and full again. Warmth clearly intensifies the fruitiness.
-
Full and sweet in the beginning, honey, still fruit, slight tingling sharpness, quite dense mouthfeel. Slightly bitter notes towards the back. Significantly drier in the second sip, herbs, light grass, a good portion of white pepper, but the alcohol content seems to be rather low, no alcoholic sharpness.
-
Strong, noticeable warming up in the finish, where the bitter notes continue. The finish itself is medium in length.
