barley lead, quite "grain sour", a touch industrial with some machine oils but just a little. with water, remains gristy, getting a little sweeter, mild vanilla, mild cooking oils, mild peach jam and a little croissant dough
still lively, slightly effervescent in the arrival with very mild fruitiness mostly on mild slightly bruised cantaloupe. becomes rather sooty in a way that I really like, slight damp newspapers, mild barley sugars. finish is medium, slightly coastal, slightly spirituous.
